I am 5’6” 190lb, and 38 DD. I usually wear a large but I ordered a medium based off reviews and size chart. It’s a tiny bit snug around my breasts if I button it, which I don’t plan on doing, but it fits perfect everywhere else. Good length in the sleeves and body. It hangs below the waste so it’s not box shaped or unflattering. It’s stretchy a bit so it doesn’t feel tight when you move your arms around. It’s thin but not cheap thin. It’s breathable and comfortable. I ordered it in the color navy, and though it doesn’t match 100% to my navy med couture or mandala scrubs, it’s close enough that I’m fine with it. I also have a pair of Cherokee iflex scrubs in navy, and this jacket is a dead ringer in color, mostly likely because it too is Cherokee iflex brand. I also had the Cherokee iflex zipper scrub jacket while I was in nursing school and it worked beautifully, still going strong. Cherokee makes great products and I will likely order another one of these to have as a backup. ... show more

Did not know what to expect but I loved it. I’m not used to such thin material in a warm up scrub jacket but it’s not thin as in cheap, it’s the silky/breathable, soft thin that a lot of scrubs come in nowadays. The sizing is really off but when you get the right size for you it’s a really nice jacket with good pockets! I wear an XS & got an XS, it’s fits as they usually do. Then loved it & wanted a 2nd one with a little bit more space for days I’d wear thick shirts/sweater during the cold Midwest winters too & ordered a small. The small was enormous on me compared to the XS. A Small almost fit me like a large or maybe a medium, had to return. But I do like the XS. I’ve worn the brand Landau in warm up jackets for 10 years, this one is thinner & more fashionable, still getting used to it. ... show more
