I wear this jacket with the matching Form pants (size Medium) at work. The jacket is very fitted but very forgiving—for reference, I am 5’7 (not 5’8) 198 lbs, 38G, wear a 12 in jeans and my jacket is a Medium (I’m the one on the left in the pic). The lower half of the sleeves and an arching piece across the back are kind of a tight mesh, not the same fabric as the rest of the jacket, so I wash it in a lingerie bag to prevent mesh from being snagged.
