All I can say is, I need a "SMedium"! Small + Medium = smedium! Small is too tight, and medium just a bit too big. Otherwise, very pleased with this scrub pant and the quality---can't beat the price for these, either. I really like the fact that the cargo pockets are in just the right spot, too. No front pockets- a plus, if you ask me. They just make a person look dumpy, and. if you're already a little on the "hip-py" side, well, that's not so good. I know scrubs aren't supposed to be for fashion, but they should fit well and be somewhat flattering. I also like they do not have any elastic in the waistline. That way, if you're feeling a little fat or bloaty that day, you can let them out a little. :) Nice scrub pant for the money. Color is decent and doesn't fade too quickly like some of the other brands do. Would recommend these to anyone in the healthcare industry.
