I ordered the same product in two different colors. To my surprise, one color included a memory-foam insole and the other color did not. A visit to the manufacturer's web site revealed the following. The product description "Skechers Sport Men's Stamina Nuovo Cutback Lace-Up Sneaker" is incorrect. Skechers has two models: Stamina - Nuovo (50988) and Stamina - Cutback (51286). The Cutback (51286) is about $10 more and features a memory-foam insole. The Nuovo (50988) does NOT feature a memory-foam insole. One last comment. The "navy" is more like gray with just a hint of blue. Unless you saw my navy and gray side by side, you would think that the navy was really gray. ... show more

I have issues with me feet and I am always looking for good shoes. I read reviews where people say that the shoes are "incredibly comfortable". I don't know what that means, because I have bought those shoes based on that review but could not wear the shoes for very long and couldn't wait to get them off my feet. I have flat feet that are also pretty wide. I always wear extra wide shoes, so I am comparing apples to apples. These shoes are simply the best I have worn in many many years. It's difficult to explain, but it almost feels like my feet are bouncing when I walk. The inside of the shoes are soft and plush. I removed the insoles as I have to wear my custom orthotics to support my feet. Nevertheless, it is a soft impact when I am walking and my feet do not get uncomfortable throughout my work day. The other thing is that they fit around my foot really well, so there is no movement of my foot inside the shoe. This means no rubbing and no blisters or anything like that. I stopped buying Sketchers about 6 years ago because they always fell apart so quickly. I switched to a competing brand and had great success, but my last pair only lasted 6 months. So, I thought I'd try these Sketchers based upon the reviews. They are basically the same price I had been paying. However, I have only been wearing these since May 28th ( just 14 days) and you can see from the photo they are falling apart already. This is ridiculous. I use these as daily wear, but work from home in an office environment. So, you decide. Worth it? I don't think so and my perception of the Sketchers brand goes back to 6 years ago. I see I can return these, but I certainly do not want the same thing or same brand. I have to give these things a 1 out of 5 and try to be super fair on my reviews. With that said, they are comfortable. They just are not durable whatsoever. ... show more

I've been wearing these almost every day for more than a year. I only have this pair of shoes so I use these for walking, go to college, go out, for everything. These are the most durable shoes I ever used. Very confortable, the size I bought fit a bit large, but it's ok. Will I buy more shoes of this brand? Of course! I just got these today, and I'll update in a few months if they fall apart, but out of the box these things are awesome! These shoes are built like brick s#!t houses! Sturdy stitching in all the right places. The tread seems like it is pretty solid as well. I'm hoping these last a while. I plan to use these for my daily 4.5 mile runs, so time will tell. I like the fit and the color of the shoe. It feels very comfortable and provides very good support. My first pair of Sketchers and I will definitely will be purchasing more. I have worn New Balance for years, but my last two pair were not a good fit and did not last like previous shoes. I decided to try Sketchers after seeing commercials (Howie Long) and recommendations from friends. They do not disappoint, they feel great on my feet. I've tried many other shoe manufactures and only two fit with comfort and size. Sketchers every time hit the mark. When I order a size 10 that's what I get. I do a lot of walking for my exercise and will go through other brands in 6-8 months. Sketchers I purchase one per year. The old pair gets retired to lawn shoes. I purchased Sketchers slip-on shoes for my house-shoes, they're not to hot or cold. If you've not tried Sketchers Brand shoes give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. ... show more

This is my second time buying these sneakers. I've had surgery on my right foot 3 times. I also have plantar fasciitis. I'm telling you my feet are a mess. All from playing sports. I've bought special 300 dollar pair shoes and sneakers that don't work as well as these sneakers. I don't know what it is with these sneakers. They just work! Their so comfortable and made very well.
