All I can say is, I need a "SMedium"! Small + Medium = smedium! Small is too tight, and medium just a bit too big. Otherwise, very pleased with this scrub pant and the quality---can't beat the price for these, either. I really like the fact that the cargo pockets are in just the right spot, too. No front pockets- a plus, if you ask me. They just make a person look dumpy, and. if you're already a little on the "hip-py" side, well, that's not so good. I know scrubs aren't supposed to be for fashion, but they should fit well and be somewhat flattering. I also like they do not have any elastic in the waistline. That way, if you're feeling a little fat or bloaty that day, you can let them out a little. :) Nice scrub pant for the money. Color is decent and doesn't fade too quickly like some of the other brands do. Would recommend these to anyone in the healthcare industry. I mean, what's better than getting to wear (almost) pajamas to work every day? Very comfy. Also, not too heavy, not too hot. When you're up running around clinic all day, a big plus. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 5'3" and the waist band is in my upper abdomen. The back-waist dips away, so it doesn't fit naturally on my sway-back round bottom. Thick thighs feel a bit snug. These are Medium on my 5'3" 172 lbs. The small would've been too tight and Large too big! Color is a nice brown. Material feels cooling for hot/warm weather but to thin for cold climates - very thin!! Roomy pockets! Waist ties securely! Would fit well on any Tall person or 5'7" Tall person. Doesn't work for me. Sadly, I have to return. May be a better fit for you! ... show more

I bought a 2x which normally is just a little big, this pants can fit 2 of me. They are huge! Luckily they do have a drawstring so you can tie them pretty tight but they're still very baggy.

Drawstring (webbing) is installed wrong, crossed over inside between the holes. Webbing instead of string is difficult to tie and untie. Would not tighten enough. Could not untie them without sharp tool. Had to cut new holes and re-string. Items easily fall out of leg pockets when sitting, needs Velcro closer. No back or side pockets. Fit and comfort OK.
