This is one of my favorite chef coats by far. Fit is perfect. Modern tailored fit so it’s not super baggy like most chef coats are. Has a really cool denim look without the heavy material. Super light weight and vented to keep cool. Plenty of pockets for an added convenience. Even has a cell phone pocket with a hole for headphone wire. Straps with buttons to keep sleeves rolled up and to keep apron in place on back of the neck. These are a nice touch and the buttons look nice as well. Double stitching adds to the aesthetic. I would definitely recommend this and will buy more. The black color looks much better in person than in the stock photos. Just be sure to wash with cold water and air dry and you won’t have any of the issues some of the other people described with the zipper getting wavy or the coat ripping and falling apart. Honestly not sure what you have to do to it to make that happen. It’s a pretty sturdy coat for being lightweight material. I have a bunch of the “Hartford” style coats and this is very similar but a bit nicer. Both are great coats. Highly recommend the black color in this coat and the blue color in the Hartford coat. ... show more

Love the color, design, pockets, light. Dislike that it winkles easily after wash, price, and the smell of the fish would not come out after just wearing a week behind the sushi bar.
