I initially purchased the Kindle version to have some light reading on hand. I soon realized that this is such an invaluable resource for any potential leaders in my kitchen and other boh staff that I purchased a few hard copies to give out. Can’t recommend enough. I refer this book to anyone looking to step into leadership roles in the industry. It’s also a great refresher for those of us currently in management/leadership positions . Definitely check it out. It’s an investment into your future, not just a book.

The knowledge and information you get from Chef Andre is invaluable. He shares his expertise from years in the industry as a culinary genius. A genius even without the culinary. The information he gives isn't readily "out there". Chef packages this knowledge in his books and (his books) are an absolute must have for anyone in the industry looking for a leg up or seeking growth. It's not a cookbook.
