This charger bank is a keeper. It’s easy to carry with you because of the included bag, though the charger does have weight to it. It’s also nice because the most common connections are included on the two attached cables. They are short cables, but that keeps you from having cords hanging everywhere. Also, the fact that you can just plug it in the wall to re-charge is so easy. No cords! No weird connectors…just pop open the charging prongs and find an outlet. The only thing I’d change is that the display of the percent remaining in the charger is always upside down when it’s plugged in. Seems like an oversight to me…but not a showstopper. I think I’ve bought 4 of these now (2 were gifts) and haven’t had any problems. I don’t use them everyday, but when I need them, they are life-savers!!

We have purchased three of these. They are amazing! It plugs directly into an outlet to charge. It has two cables attached to it so you don’t have to worry about losing them. One cable is a iPhone lightning pin and the other one has USBC and micro usb. Charges devices quickly! My daughter took one to Miami for a 3 day trip. She fully charged it before she left. Her and her two friends used it all weekend and the day they flew home it STILL had power! She plugged in in to fully charge just in case their flight was delayed. It’s compact enough to fit in backpack, pocketbook, fanny pack etc. it is a little heavy but with the power it packs it’s worth it! I was hospitalized a few times and brought mine with me and didn’t have to bring any cables or outlet brick. There are built in prongs on it to plug it in. It takes a while to charge but it packs slot of power!

I have bought multiples of this charger in the 10000 mpw version for myself and as gifts and the all work perfectly. I was excited to see that it came in a 20000 version, so I purchased two. They are twice as heavy and thick as the 10000 version, which would be fine except that she about two weeks, the wall plug in feature stopped working on both. This is what makes these chargers so unique- that you don't need a separate cord to plug them into the wall. I tried to start a return, but the company made it too difficult. Now I have to use a separate cord to charge them, because I have to keep them, and i have to give them a poor review. They take a really long time to charge. I do not recommend this larger version. ***EDIT....After posting this review, this company reached out to me and offered me a full refund for both faulty chargers. I will use the money to purchase a couple more of the smaller (10000) versions, because they really are fantastic, and I that trust that they will work. The company did not ask me to update my review, but i am because they did do the right thing after my review was posted.

Update- the company saw this, refunded me after almost a year, did NOT ask me to change this review, and gave me a helpful tip that might help prevent the issue I had in the future, all without being asked. Original review below: I included plenty of pictures so you can see the spot where the insulating plastic layer chipped off and the metal can now rest against the case on one of the prongs for plugging it in. Also, the prongs move independently now, so I could have plugged in just one side by accident. That seems dangerous. It's too bad, I really liked the charger until this happened.

I LOVE this charger. I’ve had it for over a year now and just added two more to my cart for my husband and daughter. My husband has a much more expensive one I think from Sharper Image but even he likes this one better. I take this on every long car trip I take, I bring it to work everyday, and I take it on vacation. It saved the day at my brother in laws funeral when my husbands other brother needed to charge his phone and didn’t have cords for his own battery pack. Cords are built in so never an issue with mine. It’s a great deal. I charge it about every two weeks and use it almost daily at work. It’s solid, looks and feels nice and is just so convenient and powerful. I really do love this battery pack.
