I am convinced that these underwear I purchased or not genuine Chantelle. The photo on the right, black underwear is the one I purchased from Amazon. The name Chantelle is a much larger print that the ones I purchased in a lingerie store. The one from Amazon finish is rough the fabric is thicker, it has stitching where there is no stitching on the one I purchased from a lingerie store. Chantelle is my go-to brand for bras. The material used in Chantelle products is great and they seem to work well for me. I never tried the panties because they are expensive. I don't mind paying a lot of money for a bra, but I don't usually like spending this much for panties. I decided to give these a try though and am very happy with them. They are super comfortable. It's the most comfortable thong I have ever tried. I find thongs very uncomfortable in general, but sometimes an outfit requires a thong. I've suffered in silence with other thongs, but this Chantelle thong is as comfortable as I think a thong can get. These panties come in one size. For reference I am a size 2 and these fit me well. They aren't at all baggy. They are form fitting and very soft. One note is that they are mostly made of synthetic material and that's not always the best choice since it's less breathable than cotton. ... show more

I got these for my wife, who while she does not wear this style daily, does sometimes wear things that she doesn't want lines too show through. So, here is our combined take: They look great. Before the dress or pants cover them they stretch and hug, provide decent coverage in front, don't roll or cut, and look great. After the pants or dress is on, they're invisible. which is the idea, so: top marks there. They're comfortable. Smooth, soft to the touch, don't roll or pinch, or cut, and are light, though not 'doesn't feel like you're wearing anything' gossamer (according to my wife). So, based on look and feel, and performance through several wearings now, I'd say they're as described, do what they claim, and while they're a bit pricier than your 'basic briefs', if your main concern is that they not be uncomfortable while being invisible, then yes, this little fabric is worth that much money. ... show more
