Very disappointed. Came without a case. Had to spend a lot of time getting one. Opened Christmas Day and could not use it because the electric air pump could not be plugged in to a standard outlet. No adapter included. Now I have to track that down. Frustrating and put a damper on Christmas Day. UPDATE: I have changed my review because this Company has been very cooperative in resolving my issues. Excellent communication and followed through until I was satisfied.
