First of all, the reviewers who said the fit was small led me astray. If you know your actual bra size, this is a good bra. If you know your size and order it, the hook is not that challenging to master after a few tries. It takes me no longer to get into this bra than traditional overhead sports bras. I wear this for HIIT and it holds up well. I have to wonder if it would be even more supportive had I not sized up. The one thing I dislike is the plastic hook and adjusters. I suspect they won't hold up over time.

I love that this sports bra is front closing with a zipper. It is easy to get on and off and is very supportive. It’s my go-to for Pilates class; however, the zipper did unzip about an inch during one class, leaving me with less support and a lumpy appearance. However, I’ve worn it ten or more other times with no issue.

The width fits as expected which is good since this has a front zipper and can’t be adjusted. I extended the straps all the way and it still felt a little snug on my shoulders. It also feels a bit bulky even taking into consideration that it is a workout bra. Maybe a couple washings will make it feel more comfortable

Size: 5'7" measurements: band: 38.5, cup: DDD. Pants: 16-18 long. Shirts: XL (sometimes larger). ~200lbs Size I ordered: 40DD (roughly equal to 38DDD) band fit is great cups, slightly small. Likes: it's a bra. It fits around the band. No underwire. The zipper is nice. It has a clasp. There is no band adjustment (this is good and bad). I am glad I went with a 40 instead of the 42 I initially figured I should get. The band would have been too big and slid up my back. I wore the bra all day and it is quite comfortable even though I was a little squished. Dislikes...now I have a lot. I think I have sensory issues when it comes to my body and what's on it (also...I am half a hippie and bras are worn out in public... sometimes). The cups are a tad too small, maybe if I'd gotten the DDD, I wouldn't feel so squished. It's not an awful fit, but I was hoping for something a bit more comfortable under my pits, top my shoulders and across the top of my breasts. I'm broad and have large breasts. I feel like the cups enhance my breasts and cause them to "Madonna" or "triangle boob" poke out. This is something I have wanted zero times in my life. All at once the cups fit and do not fit. I think I have a bit too much top breast for this bra (again, maybe a up in the cup would assist.) It wants to keep you down, so the cups are rounded more below, flat up top and pointy to the middle. I have wide shoulders and back (think nordic warrior woman), and although the band fits perfectly and shoulder straps fit (all the way out for the shoulder straps), the racerback netted strap that holds the shoulder straps, pulled at my shoulder and feels weird (weird as in a creepy dude has his hand on the middle of your spine between your shoulder blades, weird). My straps are let all the way out, but the racerback netting prevents the straps from extending fully (edit, it stretched some and the feeling minimized). Some may find this helpful (folks not built like a lumberjack), as it prevents the shoulder straps from falling off the shoulder. Since I'm built like a brick house (and need to be comfortable or I feel like I'll explode), I am uncomfortable in it. Honestly, it is annoying, the straps pull at my shoulder, which has chronic pain from an injury. I thought by getting a product that had shoulder straps, that the netting would be a back up, not a creepy dude repeatedly asking if you want a drink at the bar. My thoughts on this product: Meh, I'll keep it, but I'm not too happy about it. I believe it will hold me when I jog or go on my outdoor adventures, but I'll be thinking about it the entire time. Update: hiking with it wasn't too bad. I felt secure and nothing flopped about. For you: If you got large breasts, go up a cup and up a band... remember, with a normal bra, when going up in the band, you got 1 down in cup to compensate for the increased cup size...so for this bra, instead go up in band and up in cup. Example: me 38DDD, I got a 40DD. I should have gotten a 40DDD.

I initially purchased "my actual bra size" 36DD Honey when I unpacked unwrapped it - I knew it was a no go. That one looked like it would fit a 3yr old- no joke. They RUN EXTREMELY SMALL!!!!!! So I returned it and had to get a 40DD just to fit right around the under boob area. Even that was tight. I figure I could deal for a few hours while working out. The Only other issue I have was it has extra padding sewn in the cups that can not be removed- they are glued or sewn in. Which with someone with big boobs to begin with its not needed nor wanted. Look like Dolly Pardon working out. Lol jk. Champion is a Good athletic / sporting company so I'm not knocking them. I do like the way the back is!- It is out of this world 🌎 I have zero upper back pain. Good support between the shoulder blades. Over all if not for the padding I would have given 5stars ☆☆☆☆☆

I will try to be thorough. The bra is true to size. Don’t assume your size. There’s so many guides online to help you measure your chest. I did that, ordered accordingly and it fit perfectly. Firstly, I would not recommend this for everyday wear. Its just not comfortable in that way. Everything is made to support your breast in a workout scenario and will not be comfortable for leisure or whatever. The top of my breast is a bit exposed and does move when running or jumping but due to the support of the overall fit, it is not painful. It truly does support when considering the impact of exercise. It is made really well and look flattering to me personally. The fit around the body is not adjustable so the fit and support will be impacted with weight loss and weight gain. Large amounts though imo. I am personally on a weight loss journey so I would not recommend buying multiple if you know your body will change. If you know your size and dont plan any big changes, I’d highly recommend it.

I have tried many different types and brand of sports bras for my daughter. She plays soccer and needs a lot of supports for her bigger chest. This one is by far the best we have tried. The support is great. The look is great. The fit is great. The only downside is it is hard for her to get into sometimes. The hook in the front is really hard to hook.
