These fleece pants have been a hit for my husband. He finds them incredibly soft, cozy, and perfect for lounging at home, running errands, or heading to the gym. I've purchased these Champion sweat pants multiple times in the past (same size - Large), and always enjoyed them; they had a loose and comfortable fit, with high-quality materials and standards. However, this latest pair that I bought are not the same. The quality is still high, the pants are well-made. But the fit is much tighter in the lower legs, too tight in my opinion. When I stand up, there's a small amount of looseness in the lower legs, but when I sit down they go skin-tight in the knees and calves. Every other area of the pants still fit fine (seat, hips, waist), so I don't think I need a larger size. I'm assuming it's just the style they chose to employ. And while I understand that it's currently trendy to have tight-fitting lower legs in trousers, I personally want a looser fit when it comes to athletic clothing. Working out is about *moving* freely, and in these pants, my legs feel restricted. ... show more
