This is my second one, the first one (different brand) the clasp was much smaller and the rope would pull out. This one has a larger more heavy duty clasp. So far the rope has not come out, I doubt it will, but time will tell. The clasp can be hard to squeeze which indicates it is sturdy which can be difficult at times. Guess u can't have it both ways. Hopefully it breaks in and gets easier. I would recommend this product. ... show more

This is a nice necklace, but I found the latch a little tough.... but even that may be a good thing. It is not going to easily open and fall off or cause you to lose your pendant.

This is a great chain for those that may have issues with clasping chains. This is a simple push to close and press and pull to open. Absolutely love the ease of it and wish all were so easy. Looks nice, great value and several lengths to choose from. I recommend!
