My first concern was that the size was not correct. These shoes look very small because they are supposed to fit tight to the foot. There is no real sizing listed on the shoe, but I had my son try them on and they did indeed fit. There was a strong chemical smell at first, but it did go away after a few days. They are stretchy and flexible. I have one other issue that may be a problem. The inside sole of the shoe curls inward and is very stiff. I can see this rubbing against my son’s foot all day and causing some irritation or discomfort. You can remove this insole, but the webbing underneath it may make it worse. I also think that this shoe is overpriced. This is more like a ten dollar shoe instead of twenty. It seems up to par with all the other water shoes out there, so they will get the job done. ... show more

I was really surprised how great these are. They’re super colorful and my 6 yo loves them. She wanted to wear them around the house. I figured maybe these would run large but they do not, the sizing is spot on and they’re very true to size. That being said I wish I ordered a 13 for my 6yo that is between 12/13 and the 12 is the exact length of her foot and no wiggle room when she puts them on. ... show more

These water shoes are awesome for kids. The size is accurate to my daughter's true size and they fit well without much gapping. The bottome of the shoe is why I've rated them so highly; it is thicker than most and seems very protective. I have worried about slipping on certain surfaces with previous water shoes, but these have multiple grooves to provide texture. The pink and blue color design is very pretty and accurate to pictured. My daughter is excited to use these for our upcoming cruise where we will be hiking through some water caves! ... show more

The size guide was very hard to understand, but I gambled and went with the 11.5 and it fits perfectly for my 5 year old who has 6.5 inch feet. These shoes are really nice water shoes. They are well made. The fabric is thick but breathable and dries fast. I like that they have good grip, the soles aren’t smooth. The color is kind of cool. When I opened these water shoes, they had a strong chemical smell that gave me a headache. After airing them out for a day, they were better. I ordered the Ty1 Mult colorful style. They're a bit pricey, but they are pretty and seem to be well-made. This is one case where the actual shoes look nicer and more vibrant than the online product page photos. The fabric on top of the shoes is lightweight and permeable. The backs have matching parts that are Vegan leather with loops on top to make it easier to put the shoes on. The parts that are Velcro on the straps are about 1.5" each. The insoles are cushioned. The soles are comprised of various colors of thick rubber that are flexible enough to be folded. The rubber extends to the toes and up the heels. Their drying time was average after I wet them. They are fashionable, sturdy water shoes. ... show more
