This looks nice, has a grippy rubber bottom, and a metal bowl for your cello pin. I took one star off because the metal bowl for the cello pin had a small piece of metal out of it, and left a rough spot that was also missing the brass colored paint.

    • Finally! A solution to keep my endpin from slipping

I've tried so many different rock stops, carpets, belts, etc., to keep my end pin from slipping out from underneath me. They usually seem to work fine at home, but then when I am performing, they fail me. I love this style of end pin stopper. The D-ring end loops around the leg of a chair, while the adjustable strap keeps the stopper from moving forward. The lip is high enough to keep my end pin from hopping over the top. The stopper portion is made from a dense, high quality plastic. The nylon webbing strap is wide and well-stitched. The only thing I don't like about this is that the metal D-ring can potentially scuff up chair legs. In order to protect the chair, I would place a baby sock over the end of the leg. If you play cello, you know exactly why you need this. It’s very good at protecting our floors and carpets from the cello’s foot, and keeping it from sliding all around. Excellent!
