Having worked in the eyecare industry for over 20+ years, I was astonished when I came across these while shopping for some alternative options for my computer and daily wear progressive lenses. When I received them, I was still amazed that I got more than 4 pairs for under $20 AND the lenses were blue light blocking. But as I began to wear them for longer periods of computer usage, I kept getting headaches and began to notice how cheap the plastic frame was. Also, I was under the impression that the lenses would have an ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING that included blue-light filtering like the lenses we sold to our patients., but they did not have any coatings. I know that lenses can still be able to filter blue light without the anti-relfective coating, but it's so much more comfortable to wear those types of lenses, and it looks way better too. ... show more

I needed 1.25x and I didn't find it ready-made in my local market. The alternative was having it made for 100 USD. Instead, I bought these 5 for 25 USD (including shipping and taxes). I'm really happy as now I see better and always have a pair at hand. Will definitely buy again when I (inevitably) need a higher prescription. This istem is decent, and i even ordered a second shipment. However, in the first shipment one itme was damaged and usable and the seller has not been in contact to remedy this. And for the price I didnt bother to return it. Time is money and it would cost me more in time.

second set of 5 i ordered. the hinges get broken fairly easily and they scratch pretty easy, but i just consider them like a disposable lighter, toss when damaged. (i keep a pair by my living room chair, one in office, one in car and one in shop. so i don't have to pack around in my pocket.
