I was surprised by how soft this CAYAMA cap feels. I love the style—it looks like a regular baseball cap, but there’s a lot built into it. The stitching is neat, and everything feels well made. I charged the controller as soon as it arrived because I couldn’t wait to try it. It feels nice in my hand, and the instructions make the timer and modes easy to figure out. I even counted the lights out of curiosity, and sure enough, there are 320. The description says noticeable hair growth can take 3–6 months or longer, so I’m prepared to give it time. It’s too early to judge results, but I’m excited to stick with it and see how things go!

Good Coverage and Much Easier to Fit Into My Routine

What I like most is that I can treat my whole scalp at once instead of moving a handheld light from spot to spot. The rechargeable controller is also a big plus—I’m not stuck next to an outlet during every session. The controls are simple, the cap feels well made, and the overall setup feels like something I can realistically keep using long term.

Super convenient to use — just put it on like a regular cap and go about your day. Each session only takes about 10 minutes, so it fits easily into my daily routine. It's also lightweight and portable, easy to carry around or take when traveling. Very happy with it so fair.
