This is a great collar! The color is vibrant and does not fade, and the embroidery is bold and stays looking great. The collar is well made and built to last. It is easy to adjust and easy to put on, and the breakaway closure is a great safety feature. The collar also softens with wear, making it very comfortable for my cat.

We absolutely love this pet collar! It looks great, feels well-made, and is comfortable for our pet to wear. The quality is excellent for the price, and it has held up beautifully with everyday use. It’s also easy to put on and adjust, and we really appreciate the overall design and durability. We’re very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to other pet owners. Great product and a great value! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I originally ordered this collar back in July. The first one I ordered was a year ago. It was so beautiful, but my cat had lost it. The one that I ordered this past July supposedly was delivered but it could not be found anywhere on my property or the neighbor's properties. This is a good neighborhood. We all know each other very well and sadly have gotten used to having to take our neighbors mail to them when we receive theirs. I never received the package. When I contacted the seller, they wwre completely kind and caring about the loss of me not receiving the collar. I told them that we do have a big problem in this area of not receiving our mail. There seems to be a problem with a shortage of mailmen and people not receiving their mail all over our neighborhood and has been ongoing for some time. Anyway, I contacted the seller told them my problem and they were so good about sending me another coller. They also expedited the delivery because I had been waiting so long. I like this company because the collars they make are very nice quality. And they are durable. I just want everybody to know that you're in good hands with this company. And I want to thank the company very much. Because to me, it's important for my cat to be wearing a collar with his home number on it when he goes outside. Thank you again.

I love them! I ordered 2 collars for my 2 kitten sisters who just joined the family. Pros: The collars themselves are excellent quality; strong nylon with break-away clasps, adjustable with a bell (which I removed 1st thing, because those bells drive me crazy, I can't imagine how annoying it would be for my kittens to be stuck wearing that their whole lives!). The stitching with their name and my phone number is correct and easy to read with no stray threads or missed stitches. Also, customer service replies promptly and seemed more than willing to do what's necessary to make things right if there was a delivery problem. Fortunately, I eventually received them, more on that in the cons. Cons: Shipping does take a long time, and tracking is not perfect. I ordered the collars on 8/11 and received them on 9/3. As I typed above, I contacted customer service when I thought the package was lost and they replied within a few hours of me sending the message. I believe the tracking notified me when the package arrived at my local post office instead of when they were actually delivered to my house because I saw my USPS person deliver them to my mailbox 2 days after I was notified of "delivery". The only other thing is that I thought I ordered one of them in Purple collar with black lettering but I received Pink with black lettering. I am trying to verify if I made the mistake or if they did. Looking back at the order, I can't tell what customization collar color I chose. But the Pink is a deep Fuchsia, which is acceptable to me. By the way, the $0.80 delivery fee is totally worth it since it is still cheap and there are no U.S, companies that offer a product like this; there are ones where you have to do the stitching yourself - as if! So, to me, it is worth the tiny extra fee and long wait for exactly what I am looking for.

The collar looks wonderful and the snap is sturdy and doesn't come off! Would purchase again.

Product is very nice. Good quality. Lettering is good size and easy to read. For safety, the clasp is easy to pull apart should your pet get caught on something. Light enough that my non-collar wearing pets didn't even notice they were on. Perfection takes time and seller is wonderful to work with. 1 collar was mailed to the wrong address and the seller rectified it immediately! These are custom orders and take time so please be patient. Mail service isn't what it used to be. I feel the collars are worth the wait.

This collar worked perfectly while my cat was a kitten and stayed close to home. However, now that she’s grown and wandering further, we’ve run into issues. The breakaway feature is very sensitive—she has lost the collar twice now. While I was able to find it in the yard the first time, the second time it disappeared for good, taking her QR code ID tag with it. It’s a solid safety collar, but if you have an active outdoor explorer, be prepared for it to go missing.

I agree with many of the reviews about the cat collar. sturdy, printing is large and visible, large bell so we know where our "kitty" is running off to! It's a great item!
