I had a hard cased carrier that my cat hated. He would always meow the whole drive and felt scared being in it. As soon as we switched to this carrier, he hopped right in it and didn't mind the drive. It helps that there are many places for him to see out of with this one. The inside is very soft and comes with an insert that is super soft as well. So far none of the zippers except for the front that I've unzipped to put him inside of it, have opened. That was a problem with my last soft carrier, but not with this one!

We’ve been through a few carriers. We have a hard plastic one that I like and is a good size, but it’s awkward for me to handle. We have a soft-sided one that I loved to use, but our kitties have both outgrown it, so when I saw this was more the size of our hard shell one, I was excited to try it. I ordered the 17.5 x 12.4 x 13.5 size. Both of our cats fit in it (one at a time) with plenty of room to spare. Our 2 cats are both around 9 to 10 pounds, one is tall and long, the other is short and chubby. They can turn full circles in this carrier. I love having a pocket for my key, phone and credit card when going to the vet, so I don’t need to carry a purse or juggle those items in my pockets and hands. There are plenty of ways to get kitty in and out of it, and also to reach in to pet while they are in it. My only complaint is that I wish the bottom board was a little stiffer to give it more stability when carrying a kitty. I have carried them around the house in it, but haven’t had to make a vet trip yet. If there is anything I especially like or dislike after using it to go out, I will update.

I adopted a new kitty a couple months ago, so a carrier was in order, and this seemed like a nice option over the bulky plastic constructions. It's got pretty sturdy construction and stands up without too much issue, though it does lean to the side a bit. The bed at the bottom is super soft! It also has a plastic sheet inside for firmness, which can be removed to wash the bed. It attaches to the bottom of the carrier with velcro so it won't slide around. There's openings on both ends of the carrier and on the top, so you have multiple options to wrangle your cat depending on which method they are best at avoiding, haha. I will note that my cat is pretty small--she fits comfortably, but I think for a medium or large size cat (or a particularly tall/long-legged cat), it might be a bit too small.

This is a massive improvement over the plastic cage carriers I had when I was a kid, it is far more convenient for occasional use. The whole thing fold flat for easy storage, including the provided cat bowl. The carrier opens both at one end and around the top. This makes it slightly less easy to escape from, though the soft mesh sides provide very little barrier to an enterprising cat to climb out of. There is a padded insert that can be removed and washed separately, a soft faux-lambswool that our cat has no problem just hanging out on. We are using it for a kitten, though I could imagine if you have a large or strong cat, the mesh on the sides may be too fragile to avoid claw damage.

This product was received as part of a promotion. The pet carrier is overall a good item to have around. We have two cats & have a rigid plastic carrier but needed another carrier in case we needed to take both cats to the vet on the same day. The size is not too small or too big. I put our 4 lb. black kitten in the carrier for size comparison. There’s plenty of room in there for an average-sized cat. If the cat is real heavy, I’d carry the carrier with a hand underneath for pet safety. It’s also a pretty safe carrier with the netted holes in it. It works really well, has a handle on top, has a handle cover to join the two handles & has a top double-zipper. It has a double-zipper on each side that opens all the way up. It comes with a pet bed with some stuffing inside it. It also has a thing of Velcro on the bottom to keep the pet bed from moving. It comes with a handle for carrying it on one’s shoulder like one would a purse. It hooks onto each side. They seem pretty durable. There’s also a collapsible blue water bowl. It has a clip on it to hook onto a plastic ring on the crate when not in use. There were no overwhelming chemical smells when I opened up the pet carrier. The kitten seems pretty content and comfortable in the carrier. Overall I think it’s a good value for the money. You’ll want to take care to secure the bottom of the carrier with an extra hand if you’re going to be toting around a larger cat. This will be a great addition to our fur babies’ carriers!

This is a well-made heavy-canvas foldable cat carrier. The zippers are heavy duty and secure with secure stitching everywhere. It has a zippered pocket on one side outside and a secured leash on the interior which helps when securing your kitty especially in an unfamiliar environment. It has a hard bottom with a pet bed inside and mesh peek-a-boo windows so they can see out and breathe. You have easy zippered access from both ends and top. This will hold a large kitty and accommodate the weight of a large kitty easily. It is well made and comes with a comfort shoulder strap that is adjustable to help you carry the heavy baby easily. This is a good carrier. I love that it folds away when not needed taking very little space. If you need a carrier this is a good one.
