After waiting ten days, I got the wrong tag, so I was disappointed and also upset to know that someone else out there had my personal information. I contacted them, and they took over 48 hours to reply, so I got a little worried that I had lost my money. In their defense, part of that time was the weekend. I spent a while on the phone with Amazon customer service since there was no way for me to get any assistance online for this item because there are no returns or refunds, so that's the automatic message you get. I provided Amazon with all the information; they said they'd contact the seller, and in less than 24 hours, the seller responded with a solution I was pleased with. They offered to refund me and still send me a tag. Which is great cause I still need it, and I really like it! My dog's name is Tesha; the one I got says Apollo, but it was the same style I ordered. Everything is high quality. Even the rings are pretty strong, like good ones on a Keychain; they won't bend or stretch open like the cheap ones. The way they package everything is super cute, so I also loved that. I'm pretty frustrated that it'll take so long to get the tag, but I appreciate their response and resolution. I purchased this tag for my new puppy. I wanted to have it for safety reasons. He is part beagle and loves to pull and sniff while on our walks. I would be heartbroken if I were to lose him.
