    • Okay, Narrow Folding Bookcase -- Color Did Not Match (Reddish Hue Rather Than "Honey" Hue

This bookcase is of acceptable quality: it appears to be made of solid wood. The assembly was very simple; you just have to make certain that the hooks engage on both sides of the shelves. This bookcase can be stacked: there are holes on the bottom of the legs in which the pins at the top can be inserted. As other reviewers have mentioned, the bookcase is a little wobbly from side-to-side. However, for my application, I just needed a narrow filler bookcase to set between two more substantial bookcases. I would have ordinarily given this bookcase 4 stars for its construction. However, the color definitely does not match the description: the color is more reddish (like a light cherry), rather than the brown I would expect from a color named "Honey Oak." Fortunately, the bookcase is in a private area, so the color mis-match is not a real problem. For that reason, I deducted 1 additional star from the rating. The box indicates that the bookcase was made in Thailand; so, at least its not Chinese-made trash. ... show more
