The MAMBA X EXTREME ESC paired with our sensored 1406-1900kv motor is ideal for LOW SPEED CRAWLING OR TRAIL RUNNING in vehicles weighing up to 9lbs on 3s or 4s; it can also be used in more aggressive setups like rock racing and extended hill climbing on vehicles up to 5lbs. Your Mamba X ESC will come with our newest firmware that has been enhanced for rock crawling and sensored operation. Our 4-pole 12-slot sensored motor designs boast exceptional efficiency, and the oversized NMB bearings and vibration dampening system ensure the longest bearing life possible. High-strength, high-temperature grade neodymium sintered magnets combined with a high-strength Kevlar wrap ensures the integrity of the rotor is not compromised during harsh running conditions. You will reap the benefits of longer run times on one battery and a cooler running motor that can be pushed harder while enjoying the precise throttle control and buttery smooth starts that our sensored motors offer. The high-performance Mamba X also includes an integrated and powerful 8A adjustable BEC and is approved for all-weather use as it is housed in a rugged CNC-machined aluminum case and then potted in waterproof epoxy.

    • Greatest combo Ever!
I’ve run this combo for roughly 450 minutes(on 4s) in a matter of 2 months, this thing does not over heat and I can run for 45minutes at a time at 100% throttle with no issues what do ever. Super slow under 20-25mph but it’s meant for shredding and rock crawling. Some things are better done slowly.

Great upgrade for my crawler. Stock brushed motors do not like mud and water. So if you like to play in the mud brushless is the way to go.

    • Get dielectric grease
Have had this almost a year Loved it so much I got another setup for my other truck Super awesome setup, fast enough for dounuts and drifting but torque for days get some dielectric grease and maybe a extra sensored wire if you like water lol Update had over a month in my trx4 running on a 3s 8000mah battery and when I’m in high gear and driving fast for long periods of time the motor gets hot not burn my finger hot but hot nonetheless esc stays cool I don’t think the fan has had to turn on yet Almost a year old and finally had to do bearings in the motor and something is hinky with the esc just days away from the one year warranty expiring but thankfully it’s within the time frame ... show more

Plastic screw down retainer was not seated correctly. The screw meant to hold the plastic piece was not screwed in all the way. The hex in the screw was rounded out. I've worked in electronics manufacturing and this would not be acceptable by any standards, especially for the price paid. I believe the product to be in full working order, just assembled poorly in one area. I'm just going to run what I got because I don't want to wait longer getting a replacement. ... show more
