The kettlebell itself will do the job. Unfortunately, it is dinged and chipped and looks really crappy. For a brand new item it looks like someone threw it down a cliff. I’m a little worried about getting knicks and cuts on the chipped paint. It really needed to be packaged better. We have bought other heavy kettlebells and did not have this problem. ... show more
