I tried a few other cases before landing on this one. The other cases I tried were too slippery and I kept almost dropping my phone. I had read other reviews of this case that there were issues with the button spacing on the side and that it seemed like they had designed the case without knowing the specs. I will say that the button locations are not as accurate as some of the other cases that I tried but they don’t cause any issues with their use. Since I just got the case today, I can’t comment on the long term quality but it feels good on my phone and is a nice tight fit. ... show more

Case-Mate is my go to protector for all of my cell phones. I can be clumsy and tend to drop my phone daily. I have dropped my phone on cement, counters, hardwood floors and tile. The case has protected the phone each time. My husband’s case of choice is the otter box. My opinion is that the Case-Mate protects better as the hubby has experienced slight damage.
