These are well made, at least in the adult version, which has a heel cap to help them stay on. (I have no idea why the manufacturer didn't include a heel cap on the children's size.)     • No heel strap

I bought the 19" and there are only two front straps but no heel strap even though the product picture show a heel strap. Not sure how to use this! Update: It seems like one of the front straps is actually a heel strap. Still not good design. Just seems like a cost saving measure.
