The media could not be loaded. This is the worst gun ever! I’ve been tufting a little over 2 years and this gun doesn’t do the job. It doesn’t cut normally and it rips all of my expensive ass fabric! YOU GET ONE STAR because of looks.

We were very disappointed in this tufting gun. We have been so excited to start our tufting journey. Unfortunately, this is not the gun to buy. The gun rips through the fabric instead of piercing through it. We attempted to adjust the pile height and referred to the "manual". The manual is a pamphlet that has links to you tube help/tutorial videos. The link goes to a video to a totally different brand and model of tufting gun. Which was no help at all. So, now we are returning it and will buy a different one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The gun’s set up is different than all the other guns I’ve seen. I’ve watched a ton of L videos and took a Domestika course and I know you must make adjustments before you begin tufting -because the factory settings have the pile length way too short! There are very basic directions included with the machine- and nothing regarding how to change the pile height. Pls ignore my poor manicure in the vid, I just had oiled the gun, hoping that would help stop it from tearing the fabric (and yes, I have it stretched very tightly on my frame and are pressing the feet firmly to the drum tight fabric!) ... show more
