I am 72 and handicapped. I played a lot of contact sports, broke more bones than evil conevill. In short I hurt every day. Had 1 knee replacement and they want to do the other. I heard about turmeric health benefits and checked into growing, even got some at store. But your talking much time till harvest and figuring out to grow so found these.so got these. In 3 days much less pain and walk better. So ya still trying ta grow but will take these cause easy. Every elderly needs these. Also another good 1 is ginger which I did get roots to grow, But it does much of what turmeric does But turmeric does all that and much more so will not grow it.

I’ve taken other turmeric supplements, and never re-purchased because I didn’t notice any positive effects. But I tried this one after my youngest child recommended it, and I’m so glad I did. There is a noticeable improvement in my pain and inflammation levels.
