Definitely comfortable and true to size. Well made has a slight thickness but not heavy. I haven’t washed this yet and I don’t plan on for some time- I have seen other reviews about the problem there. Can’t speak on shrinkage but can speak on how it does not stretch out through the day. I’ve worked in a warehouse for 11hrs today and felt comfortable in it so moving around etc hasn’t given me a problem. So it is functional while being productive.
