I hated all beanies of this style because of that "alien head" look they give you...this one DOESN'T! (since you can fold the hat to your desired thickness). I am buying one in every color!! Great color, kept me warm in Iceland from hiking windy cliffs to glacier caves to late night aurora borealis hunting. Became my go to beanie for its comfort and cute-factor. Pretty color (I purchased the raspberry), soft knit, and very comfortable to wear. I put it on immediately after it was delivered and I don’t want to take it off. Nicely warm, and soft against the skin. It does have a bit of a peak at the crown but hopefully that will flatten out. The label says that this was made in the USA. Definitely has the USA high quality. If you are looking for a warm and comfortable cap, especially if you have very short hair (or no hair at all), think of trying this one. Purchased this as a Christmas present for my older brother and when I opened the package the color of the beanie was completely different than the picture. It was supposed to be almost a light baby pink. The color is actually a dark coral. Not even close to what I thought I ordered. this is the warmest, best hat ever. i've never really worn hats, living in california, but have had to go to MN and other cold places recently for work, and it keeps my head SO WARM. it's soft (i hate even the tiniest bit of scratchy feeling) and the purple sage color is muted and elegant and lovely. i don't think i will ever buy another kind of hat again! ... show more

So I bought the black and Coal Heather beanies a while ago but I burly had time to do a review. I know there are cheaper beanies but the quality of these are great. The price is fairly cheap, 8-10 dollars for great quality is a steal. The beanies are very thick, double layered, and they always stretch back to normal size. Unlike other beanies that once they stretch they get all big and ugly, these shape back to its original size. The color hardly fades and of course they are VERY WARM.
