the pants are a comfortable fit, have plenty of pockets, and look fine. their canvas is nice to the touch, although I was surprised because they are not "brushed" like the the black pair--equally excellent--that I have, of what I thought were the same model. in any case, both are great.

My husband is quite fussy about the fit of his pants. He needed a replacement pair of 'big pocket' pants as he calls them. These fit him so nicely and of course the Carhart quality is excellent. We will be ordering a 2nd pair. Worth your hard earned $.

these are the first pair of cargo pants i have ever got and wow. they fit amazing. having these as my first pair of cargos ever has set the bar pretty high LOL. Nice and thick material too. Soft. Holds it's shape and can be high waisted.

This seems to be a very good pants in terms of quality. The material (or tissue or stuff) are good, made up also by a slight elastic component which you can feel by strecthing it with your hands, so it will help the pants to be more confortable. The pants is not taped down on the calves and ankle, just so you guys know, it is a true regular fit. HOWEVER, why not 5 stars? Because of SIZE! The pants are actually larger than the measurements specified. I measured both my waist and lenght before purchasing, following the measurement recomendations of Carhartt website. For instance, my waist is 36in so I bought W36, and the pants fits like if it were a size 38. They look like a W38. The same in the lenght. And it is not a size different that you can deal with and wear the product. It is a significant difference, so I had to exchange the product. Choosing a smaller one, smaller than my actual waist and lenght measurements.

The fabric is thick, sewn neatly - overall what I expected from the description. But - important! Many reviews say that the pants fit a size smaller - I want to say that this is not true. Exactly on the size, take this into account.
