I’m 6’6” and 300+ lbs. When I find something that fits right, I generally buy in bulk because it’s RARE. I’ve been wearing this exact hoodie for many years and just got 2 more for Christmas. The quality and fit-consistency has not changed. I’m pretty much “all torso” (long arms; most of my height is from belt to head) and the sleeves are long enough (which is usually my biggest problem!) I just recieved my new jacket today and I have to say, I have never had a Carhartt product I didn't like. I see no reason to change that frame of mind either, with this new edition to my wardrobe. Im 6"2, I have a long waist and I'm built like a tank at 320 pounds. That in mind, this coat is exactly what I was looking for. I wear 2x/3x and depending on the manufacturer (and the washing machine rng) it could be a snug or relaxed fit. Normally I prefer relaxed because I wear a full sized shoulder holster and a snug jacket means I'm printing quite heavily, which is a no beuno in the CCP world. I probably could have even gone with a 2xTall and have been just fine with my requirements, but I haven't thrown it in the washing machine yet, because I'm still wearing it (its so comfy on the inside!). The only thing I have to say about it, and I'm not sure if its a negative, is that it has the beefiest zipper I've seen on a coat in a while. I would expect this on my winter hunting coats for sure, but it seems to be a tad overkill for as light as this jacket is, which I'm fine with. Zippers seem to be the first thing to fail on a jacket or coat so overkill is good. 5/5 Edit Update: Washing machine shrinks it a little bit, but it was nothing I didn't expect. Zipper is still alive, no holes, it still comfy, and its still 5/5. ... show more

I am 6' 4" ~240 Lbs. (Yeah, I could stand to lose 10-20 lbs.) This hoodie is at least a full size larger than I expected. The length is a surprising 6" below belt line. Warm water wash / med heat dry shrunk hoodie appx. on full size with the length still being 4" below belt line. It is a bit long but otherwise fits perfectly. When they say "tall" they are not kidding. I am going to exchange this 3XT for a 3X and see how that works out. "Prime membership has it's perks:)" The overall quality is very good for the $$ I docked one star for: *Difficulty with sizing, (it really is surprisingly long). *Brass / metal zipper difficult to zip / unzip out of box. A little lube solved problem. UPDATE: 8/8/16 Rec'd my 3X exchange yesterday. Ran it through warm wash / med. heat dry. Fit is perfect !! Length is appx. 2" below belt line. ... show more
