Typical Carhartt quality. Fit and construction are excellent. Buttonholes are tight and buttons are well sewn so I expect this shirt will last a long, long time. I only wish they made it in more of the darker colors. Great value.

Address ago Carhartt had a tartan button down workshirt line with simple two color patterns that were earthy and/or masculine and not flannel. They discontinued those shirts and I only managed to acquire two before they did. Everything since had been flannel and more often than not were bright, hyper saturated multi color items or pastel. I have basically worn two shirts for ten years because of this. Enter this product. This appears to be a near resurrection to my old cotton workshirts and the colors are masculine. I understand products aren't meant for one set of people, but they should be made for all possible consumers. Carhartt makes work gear, and the last decade of products can't hold up to the most basic work. This shirt feels like it will hold up to the work. This shirt seems to be nearly the same quality and I ordered one in every color. It'll be nice to finally have a weeks worth of shirts and I don't have to freak out when wrestling with a chainsaw or being elbow deep in PTO grease running some pink bamboo garbage dress shirt. Thank you Carhartt for remembering what kind of product you have been, not the kind of product faux tradesmen fashion people wanted you to be. ... show more
