I like “oversized” t shirts for the gym and the fit is fitting. But if you’re gonna workout with it, you’ll get hot faster due to the material. I’m 5’9 185 and I got the xl, I tried a xxl and the sleeve and body length were the same but the body section was just a lot wider. If you want true to size then size down 1-2 I also got a large and it still was too big for me but a large would normally be snug on me. ... show more
