This Carhartt shirt is perfect!!! I’m 6’3 190lbs with an athletic build and I purchased a medium because Carhartt runs kinda big. I can see why others have said the shirt is a little long, but it’s perfect length for taller people. Material is soft and very comfortable for me. I work in maintenance in a hospital so performance wise it works with movement and comfortably. Not a heavy shirt at all. I have not washed it yet so I’m not sure how it holds up with that. Light weight material makes this a nice addition with a t-shirt on cooler nights. I wouldn't count on it to keep you warm in the middle of winter. Size seems good, with it being a little long.
