I purchased the Carfidant Black Scratch and Swirl Remover with high expectations based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I followed the directions meticulously, hoping to see an improvement on even the barely noticeable scratches on my car. To my frustration, the product did absolutely nothing. The scratches remained exactly the same, with no improvement whatsoever. I used the buffer pad as instructed, but the results were non-existent. Given the price and the claims made by the manufacturer, I expected at least some minor improvements. Instead, it felt like I was applying a simple polish that had no effect on the scratches at all. Overall, I cannot recommend the Carfidant Black Scratch and Swirl Remover. It was a waste of time and money. Look for a more effective solution if you need to address car scratches.

I received the product with little expectation as I was challenging it to a car that was side swiped in a hit and run knowing of course, that this product is just for blemish, wears and scratches. It come nicely packaged with some product info cards for use and away I went on a quarter panel and it preformed just as directed. It was very easy to apply and work swirling and it doesn't dry up allowing you to swirl it into the blemish scratches like you would apply liquid foundation. The finishing cloth wipes it away and leaves a nice shine to the area. Worked as I expected and better to work with than those hard as a rock liquid scratch helpers. I would buy again and recommend for anyone trying to skate by their vehicle ouches until they can afford a body shop fix.

I used this product with the purpose of trying to eliminate scratches on my black car. I read the instructions and watched the videos, then I performed the technique on my car. While it was easy to use and it did partially fade the scratches (they were still there, not gone completely), the chemical did erase the top clear cote on the car, which created a slightly off black shadow compared with the rest of the car color, and it was visible. I recommend taking your car to a professional auto shop instead of trying to do the work yourself with chemicals bought on amazon, because you may create additional issues with the color shade of your car

I have 2 black cars and it got the scratch out of my new cars driver's side door that my dog did. Then went and used it on my older black vehicle and got the scratches out of the hood of that car. This stuff truly works!

All I can say is amazing. I have a brand new black car, and there is the first scratch, right on the passenger door. I had my doubts, but a couple of drops on the applicator sponge and a minute of rubbing, and it was GONE!!! I definitely recommend this product to everybody.

This item did not work for me, probably the worst I have ever bought I have scratches that will not come out and this stuff is Not what you expect. I would never buy this item again it is a waist of money.
