According to the test solution, it is accurate and within range. Comes exactly as advised. Seems a bit flimsy but it's sturdy enough for average, gentle use. Just don't throw it around or drop it. The case would be better if it were bigger, a hard case instead of cloth and had more individual spaces for each of the different supplies. A bit tricky on the Bluetooth but once you get the hang of it, it's alright. I wanted a Bluetooth meter to log my readings to my phone so I don't have to lug the whole thing to the doctor's office so she can look through them. Overall it's ok so far. ... show more

    • Complicated If You're New to This
I just got this meter. I'm new to the whole testing your glucose thing. What I don't like: 1) The instructions are obscure. Their app image of the meter is not the same as the actual meter which really throws you off when they tell you to "press the arrow on the right "(which doesn't exist). I had to mess with it for like 30 minutes and I'm tech savvy. 2) The Bluetooth doesn't work consistently. I have to get out of the app turn the meter off and then on for it to update. 3) The lancet holder instructions are bad too. 4) Customer service is only available Monday through Friday. What I like: 1) It takes 5 seconds to give you a reading. (I can't attest to accuracy at this point though). While I understand the complications of printing in multiple languages at least printing directions in English works allow the use of Google translate. Using only images leaves a lot to interpretation. ... show more

I chose this one because it was cheaper than getting it from the pharmacy. I have used it twice and neither logged in the app but I probably turned it off before it completed. Everything is easy to use and comes with the kit.

    • Saved my child’s life
My child had been chugging water and wet the bed twice. Both highly unusual for him. I had this shipped overnight and the next morning I tested him and got a reading HI. Took him to the ER and confirmed he has T1D. I found it to be very accurate as we tested it on everyone in the house.

    • Functionality and Support
I want to take time to talk about this product. I only do this when I find a product that is exceptional or terrible. Today it is exceptional. I have used this device for about three months now and to use it is rather simple, but I did have trouble pairing. It may be because I am not a computer geek, but I had to call two different times to get my App on my phone to detect and pair the device. It works well when you are able to follow the instructions, but there is also some things that need to be considered, like removing the device from the BT devices and re-registering it again. This was a small glitch, but with the customer support, it was very easy. The two people I talked to were excellent. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and expertise in getting me up and running. I also want to say that the test strips are economical when compared to other brands. I did compare and found that this brand is a good price. I'm a happy camper and hope to not need this device forever, as I am getting my blood sugar level down, since I am able to see the results of my food intake and how that measures out with the numbers as I check my blood sugar daily before breakfast. Learning to live with diabites and how to control my blood sugar level will help me to live a better life and have better health for the long term scenario. ... show more
