I have always used siser HTV but a friend recommended this and I’m so glad she did. It comes to around 90 cents per square foot instead of paying a $1+ per square foot sheet of htv. I needed A LOT and I’m so glad this brand has this huge roll!! It’s been a lifesaver. I lead a Girl Scout troop and we have a bunch of shirt to put decals on, plus leader shirts, and I’m making family shirts for a trip to Disney. The vinyl is very smoothe and matte, which I love. It feels really soft and almost painted on. It’s fairly easy to weed. If weeding siser is a 10 out of 10 on the easy scale, this is an 8 or 9 out of 10. My one complaint is that it takes forever to press. Granted I’m using an iron and am too cheap to buy a heatpress, but to do one shirt took me a good ten minutes. It held up in the wash after pressing but you really have to iron this stuff down. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am so glad I ordered this vinyl. I had a genius idea for boosting troop morale among my husband's platoon while they're deployed. I volunteered to make personalized platoon t-shirts for all 40 of them because what do soldiers love more than a unit t-shirt?! Lol! I knew the uniform specific T-shirts would be a little costly as I have to purchase them from the uniform clothing store (they have to be very a specific tan499), but I was shocked to find out the htv needed to make each shirt would cost more than the shirt itself! It was a risk to gamble $44 on a 50ft roll of this because the reviews swing very widely, but I'm glad I did. I am not a pro and this was applied with my iron. I have no experience with other brands of htv but I seriously doubt it's worth paying 10x more. I did prewash the shirts with just vinegar and detergent and dry them before applying. They're 100% cotton. This vinyl weeds so easily. Even the tiny stars on the flags were a breeze to poke off. It cuts really clean, nothing pulled up during weeding that shouldn't. Even the tiny little details on the unit crest adhered to the shirts without a problem. They're coming out great and the soldiers are really pleased. I did order a heat press because after a few shirts I'm doubting my ironing skills and I want them to be perfect. I'm noticing pressure makes all the difference. Any problem I'm having is purely application related and not material related. If you're on the fence like I was you will not be disappointed. ... show more

The vinyl is so hard to weed off the and it sticks and has to be pulled off with some good force. Unfortunately it sticks while weeding it but doesn't stick to the shirt. I have peeled hot or cool and it does not stick to the shirts well. I have to heat press multiple times at 320 and 20 secs each press. I have to peel from corners or be very meticulous while I peel. This company knows how to make heat vinyl. So easy to peel and great price for the feet you get out of this roll. This is my go to when buying in bulk for heat vinyl. All rolls that have come are always perfect and heat application is great. Not to bulky and not too thin - perfect for any design. However designs with smaller details, maybe go for a vinyl that is more stickier however this should be fine for bigger designs I usually use. Perfect! ... show more

The vinyl is incredibly hard to weed and tears easily. It is a good price, but I think it's worth paying a little more for a higher quality vinyl that will save you time and headache in the long run.
