This is an excellent watch. I will say up front, that while the heart rate and 02 monitors work well, the BP is completely non functional. (Thus the subtracted star.) I didn’t expect much from in the way of BP accuracy, but they should just get rid of it, and not advertise it as a feature. It reads virtually the same ridiculously low number every time. The battery uses about 10% a day, with normal use, and little use of the internal speaker. I have been charging it once a week. The audio controls function with whatever earbuds I am using, the phone function works well, both in that my voice is heard well by the person I am speaking to, and listening volume is adequate, even in moderately noisy conditions. It isn’t something I would use for long conversations, but is handy to quickly answer a call when accessing my phone is an issue. I have had no issues with connectivity to my IPhone. I find it extremely handy to see my texts on my wrist as they come in, mainly to decide if I need to dig out my phone to read or respond. The manual leaves something to be desired, but the watch is pretty intuitive to learn to operate. I don’t know what app it uses for weather, but it does adjust to my location, and is fairly accurate., reading similarly to other apps I have on my phone. The pedometer is serviceable, but does rely on your phone’s GPS to track distance. It will count arm movements as steps, but not more so than other wrist worn devices I have used, including some higher end examples. The raise to wake screen works well, the touch screen is responsive even with a screen saver applied, and I like the option to purchase different bands. I have banged it around at work, and haven’t put a mark on it. I have showered with it on almost daily, with no issue. I am quite happy with my purchase, and would recommend to others.

This watch is built pretty good. Has all the options that those $400 watches have. I love the design and the durability. I had a few questions about the watch and sent an email. Customer service got back to me pretty quick and resolved the issue.

Overall, no issues with the watch. Set up was easy, just need to follow the directions to change the metrics (i.e. Celsius, km, etc.). Not heavy, does a lot for a smartwatch for a much lower price compared to others on the market. Plus there are so many options to change the watch face through the app to sync to your watch and doesn't cost anything.

Watch is durable, looks great and long battery life but the performance part isn't what I expected. Don't get notifications for group texts, only individual. Can't set up for certain app notifications. And lastly I can't see the screen when wearing polarized sunglasses.

I purchased this watch for my husband to keep track of certain health readings. Also, it was great for him to be notified when he had a call/text coming through without having to reach for his phone. It’s a great looking watch to wear on and off the clock. My husband is 6’2 266 lbs. It’s the perfect size for his wrist. He never once complained about not receiving information. With him having the watch on made him feel definitely on top of receiving any data updates, information, etc. The charge of the watch lasted long compared to other smart watches. Only mishap we had was while he was wearing it on his job. An incident occurred where the top got cracked, we are now working with the company to handle. The company has been generous and on top of emails. Would definitely buy again!!! Compared to other watches, the deal and outcome is absolutely worth it. Overall, great watch, at doing its job you can adjust the brightness to what works for your eyes. Would definitely buy again. Plus a great gift 🎁
