At first I was a bit worried about this device because I had a hard time trying to pull the item, I was avoiding the hard tug, but it snug right in. I admire the cool Tesla logo, and the fact that it lights up, makes it even more nice. It may take some time for the chargers to loosen, I guess because it's still brand new. Absolutely love this thing. On my Tesla Model Y Juniper, it plugs into the cigarette lighter outlet inside the center console. It has built in power cords for my old IPhone 13 and my better half’s new IPhone 16. Title has a nice Tesla illuminated symbol in the center and it all looks OEM.
