I got these to replace the factory filters in my commercial hood system. I was very happy overall with the product. Good construction fit perfectly in my hoods. Except the handles pop out very easy. And very light weight. These are very easy to clean (which is what I wanted my old ones were not).

First of all I would like to commend Jack who was customer service representative from captive air who walked me through every step. The baffles dint fit before but he helped me in a big way. The baffles sturdiness and thickness is way beyond excellent. I ordered other baffle filters which were nothing but a tin. These filters rock. Customer service rocks. Make sure you have the correct size. But this is one of the best products that I got so far. Trust me on that. ... show more

It is a good product, good size and does the job well. However, when compared to my original ones these feel little lighter in quality, but i think that's just due to different material I guess.
