I ordered these boots in pink. They are exactly the pink pictured. They are very well made with good quality faux leather or pleather. Nicely cushioned, nice heel height, very nice boot especially for the price, you cannot beat it! I will say that I have to return them because I typically take a size 8-81/2, I ordered the 8. They are a pull on boot and I should have thought about that when ordering them and gone to the size 9, since they do not come in half sizes. Totally my bad! So my suggestion would be to order up a half size if you are 1/2 size or on the fence.

These boots are so cute and fit really well. I wear a size 10, ordered a 10, and they fit nicely in a regular thickness type of sock. Nothing pinched me or felt uncomfortable after walking around in them for a few hours around town running errands. The boots themselves feel of a nice quality material. The soles on them are nice- I didn't slip once, and the material of the boot itself is soft. The brown that I ordered is a really nice, rich color of brown. These can be dressed up or down, whichever you pick you're bound to look good in them.

These boots are okay but certainly would never be mistaken for real leather cowboy boots. They are made (and look like) good quality vinyl with hard rubber soles. I'm not sure why the description calls these "distressed" since they are pretty shiny in appearance. I ordered half a size larger than my regular shoe size because I was concerned that they would be too narrow for my feet and I'm glad I did. My regular size would have probably been fine, but these give me a little extra wiggle room which make them very comfortable for me. Overall, if you are looking for cowboy-looking boots to wear occasionally without the big price tag or real cowboy boots, these should do the trick.

I thought my wife would like these boots, and when I pointed them out to her she let me know that she suspected I was correct. (Hint towards the contents of the rest of the review: I was right.) The boots seem well made to me. Just the fact that the soles are sewn on rather than just glued tells me that they went out of their way to make these well. All of the material going into this is man-made. The stitching is mostly double stitched with a few places single stitched. The soles are made of some rubber-like material and the boots don’t slip at all on a smooth surface (which means they won’t slip on a non-smooth surface to, I expect). The heel is 2.5 inches high, which is higher than my wife usually wears, but she says that she doesn’t notice the height. She says that she feels support in her arches and her feet don’t wiggle around inside of the boot, though she also says that the size 8 she ordered is the tiniest bit large – a 7.5 size would probably have been better, but only whole sizes are available. She’s not worried about that though. The sales site description says that they are “destressed.” The only thing I could see that would earn the boots that description is that they have a sag built into them midway from the ankles to the top. The “leather” is all nicely finished with no scrapes or wear. Almost all of the above review is based on comments my wife made to me about the boots. But the best was, “I like them. I’m glad you got them for me.” With that, I’ll end my review.

These are not only my first pair of cowboy boots, but also my first anything that's western style. I never even thought about getting cowboy boots, but then I saw these and I just had to have them! They did not disappoint at all. I feel like while they’re obviously a classic country style, they’re not so western that I can’t wear them with most of my wardrobe. In addition to being really cute, they’re also actually really comfortable (I usually wear an 8, I got them in an 8, and they fit well.) Even though I get some height in them (which is very welcomed!), the heel is very stable and easy to walk in. I love that the heel and sole are made of rubber so they’re not slippery, but I don’t think you’d be able to tell if you didn’t know. Similarly, I don’t think you can really tell that they’re not made of leather. Of course I’m not sure how they’ll hold up over time being synthetic, but they seem to be well made. Nothing about them seems cheap so as long as I don’t wear them in heavy rain or snow, I’m expecting them to be around for awhile. This is great because I’m kind of loving them!

For the price, these are great basic boots to accessorize with. My only issue was the sizing. First, if you have wide feet, these may be a little issue. While they’re wide enough in the toes for me (I have very long toes), I can tell they’re slim in the middle and at the heel. I’m typically a size 9.5 (what most of my shoes are), though I have shoes that are 9’s and 10’s, so I tried the 9 and they’re perfect, but have a teeny tiny slip in the heel where I plan to put heel guards because i assume it’s gonna rub for a long day’s wear. If you’re normally an 8.5, I’d suggest ordering the 8 (and so on and so forth). Bottoms are nice and rubbery—no slipping and sliding all around wood floors. And the material is soft, not super stiff. Loving these!
