The colors were off on our first order from Canvas Champ, so I contacted their customer service and requested a re-print. To prove that the colors of the print we received were way different from the photo we uploaded, I simply uploaded a photo of the canvas along with the original photo so they could see the difference. Once they were able to see the problem, they immediately issued a re-print (at no additional cost to me) and even sent me a proof to review before the re-print went into production. I just received the new print today and it looks GREAT! It is an exact match of the photo we uploaded to place our order. I'm giving them 5 stars for excellent customer service in resolving the issue and also for the new canvas print which completely meets our expectations. Thank you Canvas Champ!!!

I got two 12×12 and they came out amazing. They where a gift for my fiance of his Grandparents who live in Ethiopia. I would never imagine how perfect they came out for the cost I paid they just look so good and he absolutely loved them. The color came out perfect. The size is perfect as well and the details in the picture is amazing definitely recommend getting and I am definitely going to order more in the future.

I found a random and quirky picture of a painting online and it was just my taste. I ordered a canvas print and it turned out just great. It looks like a real oil on canvas and the price was very reasonable. Also, having it on canvas I didn't feel a need to have it framed and it looks great!

I first tried a UPS store. UPS had to send the first print back because it was so bad. The second print was damaged and pressed into the wood frame. I decided to try Amazon/CanvasChamp after reading some reviews. My canvas was wonderful! The picture was fit on the frame just right and it even had a hangar. Both the canvas and the box were wrapped in cellophane and the corners had bumpers to protect it from damage. For less than half the cost of the UPS store! I am so impressed. Thank you for a great canvas!

This came so amazing , this was a picture of my own dog and I edited in an app. They made this so perfect color was perfect everything just great. Price reasonable and turnaround time was great. It did come with corner damage from shipping , but I love it so much I’m keeping

Very happy and will do business again. From an old polaroid to a beautiful piece of art! Reading other negative reviews may be their own fault for not providing a high resolution photo to begin with and expect a huge wall canvas print from a low resolution digital image. also proportion is key . If you have a square image order a larger square print. Same with oblong and vertical. If you have a portrait don't choose a landscape shape print etcetera.

Picture did not get cropped on to the canvas the way I had it when I submitted my order. It is zoomed too close and the frame is smaller and thicker than I anticipated. A framed picture that does not fit where it was intended and an unhappy wife….
