The pictures are good but four of the five frames were damaged. The picture frame on top of the stack was okay but each frame below was damaged by the screws on the back of the frame stacked on top of it. They need to put a sheet of bubble wrap between pictures to avoid damage from screws.

I ordered a 12x12 print as a test for future orders. The print quality is nice and I feel like its put together very well. The problem, though, is I selected the gallery wrap customization, which is supposed to be a thicker frame - appx 1.25 inches (3.175cm). What I received was a standard wrapped frame which is 0.5 inches (1.27cm). I was going to order several larger sizes (24x24) but I need the thicker frame. The longer shipping time wouldn't bother me if I received what I thought I was getting, but since I received a thinner frame I'm dissapointed.
