I’ve had these skates for about a month now and I’ve been using them mostly outdoors. The wheels are a little wider, which makes them feel more stable on rougher pavement, but I’ve also used them indoors and just swapped the wheels. They’ve been really versatile so far. I love the look of them and they’re surprisingly comfortable once you lace them up properly. They feel supportive around the ankle without being too stiff. One thing to note is sizing. They don’t come in half sizes, so I had to go up a size from my normal size and that worked better for me. I'm an older adult recreational skater with a sizable skate collection from various manufacturers. My impression of these skates is that they are a nice quality beginner or recreational skate. These are real suede leather and initially they feel a bit stiff. They WILL stretch with use. The plate seems sturdy enough and I like the wheels for indoors. I dont skate outdoors so cannot speak to that. Overall, these seem to be nice skates and they are really cute. FIT: Compared to my other skates, these seem to run long with average width (but remember they will definitely stretch with wear!). The toe box is tall and long, but not necessarily wide. I feel like I could have sized down for a more "performance" fit, but I like the feel of the size I ordered perfectly fine. In other skate brands, I normally wear a women's 7 us, 38 eu, and my foot is 241mm and average width. I wear 7.5-8 us street shoe. I highly recommend measuring your feet in general. For this product, if you like a roomy feel or have wider feet, order your street shoe size. If you prefer a tighter fit, you can safely size down a size. Update: I ordered a used pair a size smaller (size 6, green/blue) and they are a perfect performance fit. ... show more

    • Smooth ride and gorgeous too! Not for wide feet!
They were a little narrow but I got a shoe stretcher and got em stretched out enough to take 'em for a spin. Went to the roller rink and tried them for the first time they were awesome! Smooth AF and so pretty too. Gotta get me another set of wheels so I can use them outdoors too. Im definitely gonna be breaking these in more this summer. I love my Candi Girls! ... show more

Absolutely LOVE them!! I did so much research before I bought these. Was worried when people said it would take awhile to wear them in. When they arrived they were super hard. My foot felt scrunched up and hurt. Almost panicked and thought about sending them back. But I ended up working the leather by hand and essentially pushed on it and bent it until it became soft. Probably took about 5 minutes of kneading and manipulating the leather with my hand (per boot). And when I put them back on, they were super comfortable. I immediately took them to the skating rink and skated 3 1/2 hours with no problems. They are super smooth. You can go fast on them and they maneuver well. They offer really good ankle support. I think they’re great for beginners but I think I’ll be keeping these for a very long time. The color of the suede is beautiful and I love the color of the wheels as well. One of the people working there had the same pair but her wheels weren’t as bright and she commented that she liked mine better. I would highly recommend. It’s true that you have to break them in. Would give five but I’m not too sure of durability, and other things yet. I love the way they look so much, and the ankle stability is amazing on them+ are super comfy. I need to break them in more as they are a little hard to skate in, in my opinion. When I go over the littlest rocks I feel that I’m going to fall, but it may just be because I need to break them in but they glide easy, may just be outdoor skates as they don’t have grip. These skates are perfect for outdoors! I skated on the sidewalk around my lake and on a track. The wheels did great over the cracks of the sidewalk and did more amazing on smooth pavement. The sizing is good...I am a 7 and ordered a 7 and they fit great. Not tight and not too loose...Amazingly comfortable with great support! The wheels are the perfect size and softness for outside. I would change the wheels if you plan on using them inside. I have been skating over 20yrs and would definitely recommend these for outdoor use ... show more
