First, I’ve read that the shoe was a little bit narrow, and that’s what iinspired me to try them. I where 9 1/2 C, and fit well with socks. Tie the laces, and everything stretches to slip on and off, etc. Soles are stiff and fairly thick. We’ll see how they wear. Good arch support.

These shoes have surprised me. I did not know what I was getting into, but so far they fit and feel great. Now just have to see if they will last, I will update at a later date. Update 08/14/2022 I love these shoes so much, that I just bought another pair. Only because I’ve started wearing the ones I have at work, and I do a lot of walking. So I want a pair for at home. I feel like for the price you can’t beat these, for what they are. Are there more comfortable shoes out there, yeah but you’re gonna pay an arm and a leg. It’s also worth noting, that prior to wearing these shoes at work. When I got home my feet usually were throbbing, now that I use these that has not been happening.

I bought two pairs of these just because I was sick of trying to guess what irrational numbering system the shoe sellers were using to size crap last time I needed workout shoes. The idea of the whole shoe being elasticated seems like genius. The truth is that no matter how loosely or tightly you lace these, they'll always be just loose enough to slip off when you need them to be tight and yet simultaneously too tight to remove completely without needing at least one hand. For casual walking they're fine, but try to do anything even mildly athletic, say speed-walk or God-Forbid jog, and your feet will start sliding around in the shoe with each step. These are all the worst parts of a flipflop, a sneaker and a slipper.
