The insulation works well, but it is very hard to lock and unlock, requiring a lot of force. Also, compared to normal CamelBak podium bottles, this one is hard to squeeze.

I purchased this to replace a Polar bottle that got lost, to use with my bike’s bottle holder. This product is better insulated than the previous Polar bottle and keeps ice water cold for about an hour longer. My only complaint is I would prefer a spout that closes, to keep out dust and dirt while I ride, but otherwise, this spout works just fine. ... show more

This is perfect. The toddler Is pretty tough on his water bottles, and sippy cups are just a nightmare. Everything pops of super nice for cleaning and dose not leak. Last one mostly lived threw his teething faze.

Really wanted to like these but twist action is not easy to use while riding. Feels solid and with the mud cap I’m sure nothing is getting in there but definitely overkill for most cyclists. Keeps water cold as advertised.
