These are very reliable and sturdy water bottles. The caps lock so they won't leak in the car. When you unlock the cap there's a rubber valve inside the nozzle that keeps the liquid in while you're riding the bike. They squeeze easily when you need to drink. The insulation will keep the liquid cool for 1/2 hour or so. I've used many different bottles over the years and I will stick with these for now on. ... show more
