I bought these and didn't realize that there are different sizes of Eddy water bottles. I guess I have the regular Eddy water bottle and these are for the Eddy+ but I was able to figure it out and used my heavy duty scissors and cut off the extra length. But other than that, these are pretty good. I love that they absolutely do not leak. The mouthpiece part needs to be cleaned VERY regularly because you can get some mold in it, but hot, soapy water with some bleach and a straw brush gets in there and cleans it all out. I liked everything about this except that i didn’t need straws they came with it and that the straws don’t come in size i need that I’ll need to cut it when it comes time to use and it looks difficult to cut. Otherwise, all good!

We bought our son a Camelbak Eddy+ water bottle two years ago, and it has been an excellent purchase. Before this, we'd replace water bottles several times every school year. This water bottle has lasted two school years without a dent. The only problem we've had is that he keeps losing the mouthpieces, and we have to buy the straw replacement to replace them. My son likes to chew on the mouthpiece which eventually cracks them. It is so convenient to be able to buy replacements. Only complaint, I would like to get just the mouth piece replacement, not the straw.

Pros: the tips extend the life of your Camelbak water bottle, which are good bottles. Cons: you need this because there will come a time when the tips cannot be cleaned and must be thrown away. Camelbak should make a bag of tips available for purchase, but they don't. Instead, they force you to buy straws with tips which are not necessary. ... show more

I made the mistake of getting this for my Eddy water bottle. However I only have the smaller model, so I actually had to cut the straws a bit short so that it would fit. Other than that, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a manufactures own replacement parts.
