I love this water bottle! The color is a great departure from my usual black or stainless steel choice. That was the main selling point for me, but then I got it and noticed a few more fantastic features. There's a small magnet in the attached lid so it doesn't fall in your face when you take a drink. The flow through the mouthpiece is also fantastic. I've had other bottles that "glug" a lot more. This bottle is just more pleasant to drink from. There's no texture on the bottle. It's just smooth which makes me less confident in putting it in my water bottle holder in my backpack for fear that it will easily slip out if my backpack isn't upright. It is too large to fit into most cupholders. But you probably don't want to be looking at a 32 oz water bottle if you're interested in its ability to fit in a cupholder.

The bottle looks nice and is very durable. It looks and feels high quality. But it just does its job "okay". The insulation is mediocre, especially if you don't keep the cap screwed all the way shut at all times. Ice will melt in a couple hours. But the most annoying part is that when water gets on the threads on the outside of the chug cap, it will roll down your chin every time you take a drink, which is annoying af. But overall, the cap being attached is a huge plus because you don't have to keep track of it all the time, and you can leave it unscrewed and just flip it shut if you don't want to have to unscrew it every time you want a drink. Overall, the bottle is nice, but at the price, I would expect it to hold temperatures longer.

My wife and I both got Takeya water bottles. She loves hers but I found the spout was too small to get a good drink of water, almost like it was restricting water flow. Anyway, armed with what I didn't want, I looked at A LOT of water bottles and I'm really happy with this one. The spout opening pours and is smooth drinking and there is a little indentation on the bottom of the spout that kind of acts as a little placement for your lip. The water bottle itself is great. I take it to work and leave it in the car. After a long day at work, I now really look forward to that first sip of water because even after hours in a hot car the water is still ice cold! The magnetic top, I thought wasn't really that big a deal turns out to be a cool innovation. Instead of holding the cap away from your mouth with your fingers, the cap magnetically holds itself out of the way. Nice. The one thing, and others have mentioned as well, is the cap is held on with a thin, flat piece of creased plastic. I have had zero issues and there is zero signs of wear so I might just be over thinking the potential breakage but it seems the only 'possible' weak link in an otherwise great water bottle.

This is my favorite water bottle of the many we have from Camelbak. It fits in my cup holder in the car as well as keeps my drinks cold all day. That on top of great customer service from Camelbak makes this bottle my favorite. I highly recommend it. The only negative is that there is no way to tell how much liquid is left in the bottle, which is an inherent problem with all such stainless steel water bottles.

I love this bottle, much better than all others but that's because it says Camelbak on it and so therefore i love it. If it wasn't for that i might say that the finish is chipping off more than my old chute, but i won't say that cause I'm so desperately and ridiculously loyal to Camelbak that i would never say anything negative about their omnipotent bottle makes skills.

I was contemplating the Camelbak or a Yeti, but ended with this for the cost savings. No regrets! It keeps my water ice cold for hours! My only reservation was others saying that it dents and the paint comes off easily. Since I take care of my things I wasnโt to deterred. After a few days of thinking how to keep this from getting damaged in the long run, I took measurements of the bottle and remembered owning a neoprene lens pouch for a similarly shaped lens; bingo it fits. If anyone wants to protect their bottle as well, search for : neoprene lens pouch and find the XL pouch. It should measure 9.8โ tall x 3.93โ in diameter. Hope it helps! Stay cool out there!

This is my second 40oz CamelBak canteen - the previous one is over 5 years old and still gets used all the time. I bought the 20oz for my 9 year old and really liked the new spout design so I picked one up for myself in the 40oz size. Love it. Well made, durable, and most importantly keeps cold beverages cold and hot beverages hot for hours, all while being completely leak proof. Please be aware that the 40oz size will not fit into a standard car cup holder, you'll need an adapter (available on Amazon from dozens of sellers) to bring this in the car and keep it upright and handy.

Purchased this because of the name. Iโve owned Camelback products before and all have stood the test of time. This one however. Eh. Before I go any further itโs a great product. You throw some ice inside and 12 hours+ later you will still have ice. I could not have asked for a better product. (I use it for ice water). That being saidโฆ the bottle claims to be dishwasher safeโฆ the magnificent blue color has now faded to a very dull finish. If you do purchase this product (which I highly recommend) just know that you should prob wash by hand. Oh. And get a bottle brush. Unless you have tiny. Tiny hands. Like Deadpool. ๐
