Sized up 1 size for my son. It runs slightly small and seems to fit a little on the narrow side. Perfect for my son, but be aware of the fit. One size up fits him perfectly. He is 5’3” and weighs about 105. Size 16 for him.

Slim shirts are hard to find for boys but I found this and gave it a try. My son complains when dress shirts are too loose or look sloppy once you move around it in. This was a true slim shirt and worked perfect. For reference he’s 5’2” 110lbs with athletic build.
